This fun, open class will get your body and mind working. Using many different styles of dance and music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and today. Working on your physical, mental, and social well-being. Class is aimed at people 60 years and older who are able to attend unaided, however, steps and movements can be adjusted in class to suit every skill level or any physical limitations one may have. Dance is the very best thing for the mind, body, and soul so come and get a boogie on to all your favourite songs!
